Project Overview
In this brand development project, we introduced frozen Chick-fil-A nuggets as a new retail product, strategically launching them through an exclusive partnership with Publix Super Markets. This included both product development and a full-scale marketing plan to support the product’s retail debut, focusing on accessibility, family convenience, and brand loyalty.
